I have a biweekly report to update for Don Nix, Tom's Brother, for the email newsletter for the Salty angler.
I have a feeling nobody went or if they did they did not catch much. That wind was howling all weekend and the surf was brown so most of us stayed home. If you do have a report please let us know how you did.
Thanks!

We fished friday the 29th. from the 20 to the jetties and back. We had dead shrimp and dead mullet. I caught 1 undersized red we threw back
at the 47. Other than that there was nothing much to speak of. The undersized red hit on a johnson silver spoon with half a fishbite. You could
see the birds working just past the muddy water in the blue water, but how do you get a line out there? |

I fished High Island this weekend but I doubt you want a report from there. My reports are posted on Oz's board and on Surf-Masters. Weather stunk up here too but we managed some sharks and redfish between dumps in the kayak. _________________ members.fishingworks.com/steelersfan |

Went ot the fish pass jetties sunday morning. Water was brown & full of weed at the jetty. No luck catching finger mullet so I went over to oso & managed a couple of small trout.
