Going right now to take pictures again. The biggest trout yesterday was 7lbs 15 ounces with lots over 5 and 6lbs.

Post up some pics Tyler, I couldnt get any good shots due to sun angle & being a spectator couldnt get in right location.
Saw alot of huge trout brought in though, we beat POC teams at least, saw on leader board 45lbs to POC best was 43.

45.13lbs won it. (beat out POC teams. Best there was 43lbs. (2-day totals, 4 fish per team per day)

Heres the leaderboard, top 3 here beat Port Oconner even. All caught in Baffin on plastics & brought in alive & released to TPW tank.

Nice trout, bad photo angle.

The guy in the red shirt got all the best pics.

Boats waiting to unload thier catch.

Keep in mind we could have gotten a bit better on these photos but most of these big ones were alive and the longer you keep them out for photos the greater the chance of them dying.
Here is the biggest one of the tourney at 8lbs 11 oz caught by Clay Green

another one at 8lbs 2ounces in second caught by Leroy Navarro.

Here is a 30" fish that weighed only 7lbs 1 ounce.

I went to the weigh in Saturday and also saw some really impressive fish. It was interesting that every team appeared to be wading. It was also interesting to see which lures they had on their rods; mostly suspending baits and soft plastics. Kinda gives us a hint on how to catch a big trout!!!

Those guys really work at it and pay their dues... wading the entire day through all the muck. Congrats to the winners!

They are not allowed to use live or dead bait. Artificial only. Very Happy

Nice meeting you Saturday, Netboy!
You have to watch what lures these guys have on their rods at the weigh-in. A lot of times they are not what they were "actually using" sometimes they are. I do think however, most were caught on dark colored assassins.
