| They are breaking a law in almost every picture! Just one more good reason people think PINS should not be driven on. |

Someone who has the email address for PINS management needs to email them this link. _________________ Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.

| Looks illegal, but that's for the Park authorities to decide. Link has been sent to them. |

Especially like the pics with legible license plates and people's mugs. How about the one with the beer can AND the plate? It's a shame to have to say it, but these guys are apparently Texans, who should know better than to mess with the state. Let's hope we hear what becomes of the case. I vote they fill in the ruts with their bare hands and clean the beach around the PM jetties for a year. |

Yep, its great that even though that Jeep is coated in mud, that TX license plate shines like its brand new! I bet one of them even has video tape that further incriminates them.
They definitely deserve many, many, many hours of community service for their stunts, and maybe a little jail time to scare them straight.
They should also have to donate their tricked out 4wd trucks to PINS for the staff to use.
It ticks me off to Johnny that fellow Texans could be so disrespectful of the natural resources of our state. _________________ Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.

Not to further fan the flames, but I've located some more pics...
And I'm really angry that these people have such a disregard for a natural rescource like PINS to want to do things like this. Of course, I'm also relieved that the means to prosecute, if it can be done, is there in color, etc.

Looks like some of the picture were from the backside of PINS but I have been out there before and saw people camped where you can follow the vehicle tracks going in and out of the dunes right back to their camps and park rangers driving by and not even stopping. There will always be, for kinder words, "irresponsible" people using PINS but we can't close it to everyone because of a few you know whats. The park rangers need to step up and not be afraid to enforce the staying out of the dunes. I find it hard to beleive no rangers noticed any of this. Hopefully they will use the pictures posted and make someone pay some hefty fines. I for one will be really pissed beyond control if some idiots like these cause me to lose my use of PINS. _________________ Hardheads should be the state fish of Texas |

If you click on the button that says directions, it will show you where they are located. They are in El Campo. _________________ Life is like a 14 inch trout - too short!

| These guys are similar to the folks that used to drive down the middle of the Nueces River on my ranch in Uvalde County. Up there, the Nueces is as clear and clean as a mountain stream. It took many years to legally stop them from totally screwing up the river and environment. |
