| when putting these on your line it seems to leave a pinch mark on the line does this weakin the line and possable cause breaks. |

Yea, JohnP it's not a bad idea to change your leader out after you use the Alameda. The kink that it leaves could weeken your leader material.
Besides it's just a good policy to change your leader every trip no matter
what type of bait or set up that you might be using. Why take the chance of breaking one off.
