It's just the right thing to do! I definitely believe in a clean beach and beautiful water. I will continue to do my part.

Although we the cyber community have been attentive to our surroundings concerning litter and poaching, you bring a new attitude that is fresh and very welcoming. An attitude such as yours multiplied by all whom frequent these boards to those who do not can take this “movement” to a new level of mass acknowledgement. I know we all will benefit from the small amount of effort required to carry out such a task. Although I am not a resident of CC the saltwater runs through my veins from a very early age and it is very important issue with a lot of us from San Antonio. We also want to maintain the areas we fished as children for not only our children but community as well. Much props to you MR. C, good work brotha!

COUNT ME IN, YOU GOT MY PLEDGE !!!

Something that has worked for me personally is if you see trash to big to hall off take some digitals and send to the city. They will be happy to pick it up , but only if they know about it.

"Soon Corpus with be the Trashy City By the Sea."

Too true.

I am suprised that there are only 19 pledges so far. Confused Mine counts twice with Tiffany dedicated to keeping our city clean too. Very Happy

Oops, had to edit it, soon we will have a third member of our family, Kaitlyn Breanna, and she will be brought up to respect our precious natural resources too! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I'm in and am not too proud to pick up after the beach slobs. There is a place in trash hell for them.

We need to figure out how to stop the dumping in the gulf. Sometimes down on PINS it looks like a plastic recycler dumped tons of shreaded up plastic into the gulf and it washed up on the beach. I would say more than 70% of the trash on PINS is washed up and not thrown there.

Hey, you know Mastergunner and myself get fed up with the trashers too. I see that the majority of the trash on the beaches washes in. Where does all that garbage come from????? Why do we get it all? I see that quite a bit comes from off-shore work. In the late summer, why are hundreds of onion bags washing in? I've never understood that one. Question Question Question Question Question Question Question
Anyway, I've also seen guys out in surf drinking their bud from a bottle and pitching their empty out as far as they can. I've also seen fishermen come into the boat launch and throw all the empties out on the ground and go off and leave them. Now that shows off a real messed up mindset. Can't drive the truck with them but it was ok to drive the boat with them. I guess they figure they didn't pollute the water, just the waters edge. I also suppose they figure the business owners would clean up after them. I don't know, I guess we'll just have to keep on picking up as best we can. Cool
