| Going to corpus this weekend. Where do I wade early throwing mirrolures and bass assasins without a boat? |

People hit the Oso Bay near the TAMUCC University about this time of the year.
They just need to keep that area clean because dirty fishing holes don't lead to pleasant outings for most people; and, it kills fish. _________________ Live To Fish Tomorrow... Fish To Live Today

reelaxin, what were you throwing at them?
I'm debating between OSO and Rockport this weekend....
BTW, most of the bay is shallow, but there is a deep channel under the bridge and out into the bay. Work this channel and the edges for reds, trout, flounder, and black drum. You'll see the channel or know you are getting near it when the water starts to get deeper (it's gradual).
Thanks,

Shawn, I was throwing red with white split tail D.O.A. CAL lures. I caught like four trout between 16 1/2 to 18" and lost around 8 more that spit the darn lure out at me right there in front of me!!!!!! |
