Billy took quite a while on putting his thoughts together on the General Management Plan for the Padre Island National Seashore. Agree or disagree it is important that all of us send in our comments on this national treasure.

Tyler thanks for the link. Billy did an excelent job of explaining how he feals about PINS. weather I agree or disagree I will not comment on. My opinion will be in my letter to the management. I did like the form in which he addressed each issue. The form may get copied. I hope he is not upset about that. I will not copy any of his text as it is not my opion.
Everyone send in your thoughts. I have not finished the Natural Resourses Code yet

Billy obviously knows his stuff and spent a lot of time thinking through each option before responding. I hope he has lots of imitators, the most sincere form of flattery.
Please take the time to do like Billy, explaining your reasoning each time you choose. It ain't enough just to say "Yes, No, or Ditto."
Original thinking is also good, as Billy demonstrates in his closing. The PINS Newsletter and website formats are boxes that only appear to narrow your options, so feel free to think outside of them. |
