Hey everyone its me Sambo... Ya i know I have been away for a while Hawaii then Austin and I was driving a car(YUK) but have recently purchased a grand cherokee laredo 4X4 so I am back in the game with my Kayak waiting to be paid for at Wind and Wave. I will back in the game as soon as possible.
I hope to see everyone down on the beach and look forward to some good times once again.

I am still in Austin, I just got a new jeep and will be getting my new yak when I come in next.
As for Sandra well she found herself a guy with motorcycles and cool cars and not to mention money Jesse James from west coast choppers is her boyfriend. They come in from time to time but I moved to the north gym in north austin so they don't get up there much. But I do have some really nice women that come to the gym

I passed through Austin yesterday. If I'd known Sandra and Jesse were in town, I'd have stopped by.

I've long been a fan of both of their work. And I always knew Sandra would fall for an outlaw. I actually hope this works out for them.

I've read about some good Kayak dealers around Austin. Have you visited any of their shops.

Sambo... feel free to PM or email me when start yak shopping. Bill at Austin Canoe & Kayak has quality boats and damn good service. Dave at lonestarkayaks is very nice as well. I just don't care for his brands that much.

ALso.... if you signup at TexasKayakFisherman.com forums, request group membership to AKA Forum. We have about 180 members most from teh Austin area. We talk local stuff on that forum. In fact, we are having lunch at Rudy's on 183 today at 11:45. You are welcome to join us to talk yak fishing.....

I have not yet been to any yak shops up here. I am getting mine through WIND AND WAVE!!! They have always done me right in the past and the people there are great.
I have not seen any yak shops up here but I will do so and find some. I have a friend that lives across from the rudy's yall were at. I actually work about a mile from there. 4210 w braker ln @ PureAustin Fitness. There is a yak club fixing to open at REI, I akm not to sure on what that will consist of but one of the helpers asked me if I would help start it. Not going to probably. If ya ever want to go yaking at my gym we have a quarry lake that is ours and we let people take there yaks down there if they are a member. If your in the area come on by ask for Sam and if I am there which is most of the time I will show ya around. People fish in it but I have not seen anyone catch anything yet.
