| I went out to the pier Ready to slide line but ended up fishing the bottom. About 15 min after I threw out a Live mullet i got a run it ended up being a 4" 11" blacktip. |

Tail rope him.
Loop your tail rope around your line and drop it down. The rope will slip over the body and then cinch up when you get to the tail. _________________ -Skip |

| To bring the fish up on the pier we either gaff them, rope em, or net them depending on the size and type of the fish. |

I've seen TOO many gaffs used on BHP for fish that were "released."
More of the shark fishermen need either pier nets or ropes. _________________ Jerry
