It was My wife's Birthday and she wanted to spend it fishing. (I wonder why I like this girl) She also wanted to try out the new tent she got for Christmas.
I am going to try to post the pictures.
I did find the right link on the preview
It did turn out to be a good day
Anyone who can clean this up Have at it.
The tent stayed up at 30mph

Thanks for the good words. It is nice having a lady that likes to fish.
I call it the poor man's beach condo. We put it up just for the day to see how it would work. It went up at the 15mm. We fished at the 18, 26, and back at the 10. I was running at 25 to 35 mph most of the time. When the cold front came through the tent fly went on. We did not get rained on and stayed nice out of the wind. I have a platform and bed for when we spend the night there. It was nice being able to move our tent when ever we wanted. If you see it up stop and look it over. For the beach I believe it is going to be the way to go.

Saltydog,
We seen your camp on Saturday while we were heading back from the 40's. The truck tent caught our eye on the way by and was a topic of conversation for a few miles. It's nice to know it can handle the wind and thanks for the pictures.
We kept five slot reds and three 17" pomps. I released one red over 30". |
