OK....Anyone fishing the Baffin Bash this weekend. I'd like to know who is going to make me look bad....

Only if they let you fish in the surf would I even entertain that!
It should be a great tournament.
For those of you who want to check out some big trout, the TP and W will have a live tank with some big girls in it which they will use in their CPL hatchery. Weighins are late afternoon. In previous years I have seen 9lb plus trout entered.
It will be at Doc's "where Frenchy's use to be" under the Causeway.

For those of you who want to check it out, weighin time Saturday is 4:00
and Sunday is 3:00. This is one of the best tournaments on the Texas coast. The trout are brought back alive and donated to the TP&W for restocking.

Good luck to you Mike and all the contestants. I would like to fish that tournament, the lineup in full of great anglers. The team that wins this tournament has really earned it. Reports out of the ULM and baffin are good lately with water clearing up at the mouth of baffin. Many nice trout have been caught lately. The weigh in should be interesting.

Thanks for the words of encouragement Bayslammer...The way the weather looks, everyone will need as much luck as they can get. Typical
Baffin Bash weather seems like it nevery fails cold fronts and rain.
I guess the cream will come to the top.....
