I would really like to catch some reds or trout this weekend, probally sunday. Not askin for anyones honey hole or anything but does anyone have any advice on a place to wade or kayak fish. Also what lures do you think I would do best on?
Any advice appreciated _________________ If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

Rooster,
You might try the Boat Hole, preferably on Sunday a couple of days after the cold front. Fish the drops for trout and reds. Use Bass Assasins in glow w/chartreuse tail worked slow from the edge of the grass and down the drops.
Kates hole might also be inviting when the sun comes out on Sunday and the water warms a little. I would throw Johnson Silver Minnow spoons (1/2oz) in gold or silver. Use a ball bearing swivel where the leader ties to the main line to prevent line twist (cheap barrel swivel don't work for this).
Good luck!

Where would be the best place to put in the kayak, should i just park and launch from the shore or go over by those boat ramps and put in there? _________________ If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.
