Can anybody lend any info on how to navigate thru the channel from Hog Island up to Cali. Hole. I do not recall if the pvc markers should be on my right or left side heading up to Cali. Hole from Hog Island. Are the low tides making making this a more tricky route to get to Cali. Hole from the Hog Island? I plan on making the trip this Friday and fishing in and around South Bay any reports for the area?

I would expect tides to be pretty low with the new moon this weekend. The Morrison-Cummins Cut should be pretty evident in this case.

Its been a long time since I've run the cut because of all the drilling that was going on. With a low tide it should not be a problem to see the deeper water. The bank on the west side(closest to Hog) is very shallow even with a normal tide.
