We started out at the 15 mm and caught 1 small whiting and a good size stingray. After about an hour with no other action, we moved to around the 21. No bites - we were using finger mullet, fresh cut whiting, and shrimp with fishbites. Water was cloudy with a fairly strong south to north current. Waves were breaking a long way from the beach. Hope it improves soon.
