It's $3.00 per person unless you have a TPWD conservation pass. The pass is $50 a year and covers everyone in the vehicle and is good for admision to any Texas state park.

These thing are supposed to work underwater but I'm not brave enough to try it in the surf. From the looks of them I don't think it would hurt it. I know I don't worry about them at all ...
